Benjamin Leroux
The estate
Benjamin Leroux runs one of Burgundy's most quietly influential houses. A decade spent directing Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard gave him an encyclopedic feel for the Côte d'Or before he founded his own Beaune-based label in 2007, built on long-term grower relationships and a growing estate of his own parcels. The range runs from village wines to grands crus in both colors, unified by a single conviction: restrained oak, exact farming, and wines that taste first of their appellation. Insiders treat his Bourgogne bottlings as one of the region's most reliable values.
