Two ways to hold it
At checkout you choose where each order rests. Store in the US and it's imported duty- and tariff-paid with sales tax settled at purchase, held in fine wine storage facilities under your name. Store in UK bond and duty, tariffs and tax stay suspended for as long as it rests there. Ideal for aging, investment or resale. Either way, storage is climate-controlled and the first year is complimentary.
Shipping on demand
Ship your bottles to your door from your cellar whenever you like, temperature-controlled and fully insured. US-stored bottles arrive in a few days; bonded bottles ship from the UK, and duty, tariffs and tax settle on withdrawal at the rate in force then.
US delivery
A signature is required on arrival; we'll agree a delivery window with you first. We ship throughout the US. International members, just ask.

Frequent questions

Do I have to be a member to buy?

No: anyone can reserve from the catalog. Membership is free and simply adds priority allocation on drops plus access to special offers.

How do the wines travel?

Temperature-controlled end to end, and every European import moves by air freight. From the producer's cellar to storage to your door, the wine never leaves the cold chain. It's the most expensive way to move wine and, we think, the only way to handle wines of this caliber. We spare no expense.

How does a drop allocation work?

Members join the waitlist for a drop and are allocated in order. When your allocation is confirmed you have 24 hours to claim it, or it passes to the next member.

Is storage really free?

The first year is complimentary on every bottle. After that, storage is $0.40 per bottle per month, billed only while bottles remain with us.

Where do you source your wines?

Two ways: direct from the producing estate, or from a handful of stockholding merchants whose chain of custody we know and trust.

How do you know the wine is authentic and well kept?

Because of where it comes from: every bottle reaches us direct from the estate or through a merchant we know and trust. Once with us it stays in the cold chain: climate-controlled in storage, temperature-controlled and insured in transit.
