A village wine, made from eight areas within Corullón, from local producers and their own vineyards there. The soil is a construct of chalk, clay, and pre-Cambrian slate. Lightly smoky aromas overlay the brambles and garrigue. The wine is powerful, fresh – darker and certainly more tannic in this vintage. However they add character and structure to the wine, which will develop and soften.
